The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note late check-in outside of check-in hours is subject to availability and if approved, additional charges will apply. Please note the credit card used when booking must be presented at check-in with valid photo ID. A pre-authorization form will be sent to the guest via email and must be submitted before check-in date along with a copy of the guest's ID and credit card. Please note, check in after 20:00 hours with a written consent from the property will incur additional charges. Otherwise, the booking will not be honored.
