  : I was disappointed about everything related to this booking, I can'tsay I liked anything. This company should be removed from Booking.comand it's a shame to nyc hospitality business.
  : I booked an apartment with Gramercy Superior Apartments on 09/17,checking in on 10/15 for 11 nights. Since 09/17, I was in touchwith Gramercy requesting information about the building'saccessibility. I asked if it would be possible to get help with my bags,conscious of the fact that this was not a hotel and I have a conditionthat doesn't allow me to carry weight. I never asked to be placed ata lower floor or ground floor. Up until 2 days before the check-in dateall I heard was that Gramercy would do what they could to help.The day before my arrival in New York, I was at the airport and I noticed a message from Gramercy giving me information about the person I should meet in New York. The email talked about my staying in two different rooms and I responded in VERY clear terms that I DID not want to move to different rooms. I tried to call Gramercy's on their office number 5 times from JFK airport as soon as I landed, no response. I only succeeded talking to the person responsible for giving me the keys and he said that not only was I meant to move rooms but I was also sent to another LOCATION, 60 blocks away from my initial booking. This was for the 1st night, and after that they would move me to the location I had actually booked!The apartment in the original location I had boked was NOTHING as advertised. The building was filthy with garbage everywhere on the path to the apartment, mice traps under the kitchen sink, bathroom was dirty, shower curtain disgusting in mold, and bedlinen in terrible shape. After the 4th night, a mouse comes into the apartment. I called the office, no response. I call the guy who gave me the keys who says that "the mouse was more afraid of me than I was of him" and I would have to wait to the next day for a possible visit by the "maintenance team". I immediately left the apartment and checked into a hotel.

  : Not at Gramercy as advertised. Certainly not Superior. Some things didn’t work. No table to sit at. Staff difficult to reach.
